Due to the customized nature of our food processing machinery, standard returns are not eligible. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer the following policy to address any issues:

If you encounter any problems with your equipment within one month of installation, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
Equipment Replacement:
If the equipment fails to meet the agreed-upon parameters or specifications after our troubleshooting efforts, we will replace the equipment with a unit that meets your requirements.
3. Reporting Timeframe:
All issue reports and requests for resolution or replacement must be made within one month of the equipment installation date.
