Due to the customized nature of our food processing machinery, standard returns are not eligible. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer the following policy to address any issues:

If you encounter any problems with your equipment within one month of installation, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

If the equipment fails to meet the agreed-upon parameters or specifications after our troubleshooting efforts, we will replace the equipment with a unit that meets your requirements.

All issue reports and requests for resolution or replacement must be made within one month of the equipment installation date.

• This policy applies only to equipment purchased directly from Robust Industrials.

• Robust Industrials reserves the right to inspect the equipment to verify any reported issues.

• Any replacement equipment will be subject to the same warranty terms as the original equipment.
